Coldoutbound is a free cold email tool built in the EU: connect your own mailboxes, write sequences, and run them from the app, the API or an AI assistant. Optional add-ons that cost us money to run are paid per use from a prepaid wallet.

Paid add-ons	Email verification: €0.01 per address checked. Unknown results are refunded. Lead Rescue: €0.10 per contact added. Adds the colleague an out-of-office reply names. Inbox Agent: €0.01 per reply read. Refunded if the call fails.

Mailboxes	Any mailbox with SMTP and IMAP, with presets for Gmail, Zoho and Fastmail. Microsoft 365 work mailboxes connect with Microsoft sign-in; personal Outlook.com accounts aren't supported yet.
